Refund policy
We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. In some cases we may be able to extend the returns period; for any questions regarding returns you can contact us at hello@florenceabendanonjewellery.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original box and packaging. You will also need your proof of purchase.
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns on customised or engraved pieces.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@florenceabendanonjewellery.com and we will send instructions on how and where to send your package.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging, with the returns form enclosed, at your own cost, unless the product is faulty.
Each piece should be inspected as soon as it has been received; if the product is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If the products are being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging. You will also need your proof of purchase.
For an exchange, the fastest way to ensure that you get what you would like is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
